You will be directed to a secure page to enter Owner AND Pet information, and to create a username and password (please retain for future use).
DON’T FORGET TO ADD YOUR DOG(s)!
After electronically signing the waiver and policies, select “Return to Dashboard” and then “Pet Info” to add your pet’s information!
PLEASE NOTE: You will be unable to add your pet without electronically signing our Waiver and Policies contracts
You will be unable to enter vaccination information for your pet.

- Upon receipt of your registration, we will contact your veterinary clinic directly and enter this information into your account
- PLEASE contact your clinic to release your pet(s) records
You will be unable to request any services until receiving notification that your pet’s vaccination records have been added to your account
- we will be in contact via email or phone, as soon as we reach your veterinarian and ability to request services is available to you
Upon completion of the registration process, you will be able to access your account under “RETURNING Client” and:
- update your personal information
- add and change information about your pet(s)
- vaccination updates can only be modified through Guest Services
- request appointments for DayCamp and Lodging stays
- make payments/update credit card information on your account
- purchase DayCamp packages
