Boarding

Traveling or spending a night away doesn’t have to be stressful for you or your pup. At Paws & Claws, pups enjoy comfortable individual accommodations featuring elevated beds, fresh water, and the option for sibling pups to stay side-by-side. We keep them on their normal routine with pre-bagged meals served twice per day, and multiple potty breaks throughout the day. While you recharge, your pup is resting easy with attentive care and a cozy, secure place to sleep.

Policies & Peak Season

All boardings MUST be dropped off during regular lobby hours (Mon–Sat). See Hours.

We are unable to accommodate females in season or people-aggressive dogs.

+$8/night additional fee during holiday/peak season stays

25% deposit required to reserve boarding accommodations.

Payment due at pickup. If pets are picked up after-hours, the credit card on file will be processed to pay the invoice.

Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation will receive 50% of the deposit as account credit to be used toward future services.
Deposits will not be credited or refunded for cancellations made within 72 hours.
Holiday and Peak Season deposits are non-refundable.

Drop-off and Pick-up*

No early pick-up of one or more days from a scheduled boarding reservation.

Pets must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age to participate in Silver-social or Gold lodging.

Mature, unaltered pets can be accommodated in SILVER (individual) or BASIC lodging.

Vaccination Requirements

Bordatella (kennel cough vaccine – see FAQ for more info)
DHLPPC (distemper combo)
Rabies (generally given 12–16 weeks of age; varies by clinic)

There are inherent risks with participation in services provided by Paws and Claws Pet Resort, including but not limited to nicks, cuts, scrapes, scratches, bites, viruses, cough or cold, and every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure each pet’s safety and well-being. Paws and Claws Pet Resort cannot be held liable for such occurrences. Not all dogs thrive in an open play environment; however, different accommodations can be made for all.
